The University of Buckingham Press launches two new academic journals

The University of Buckingham Press today launches two new journals in print and online at www.ingentaconnect.com (external link). A 30 day free trial is available for the online version.

The Journal of Prediction Markets

The editor Leighton Vaughan Williams said:

"There is an explosion of interest in the study of prediction markets but until now any study has been published in a diverse range of periodicals and websites. For the first time this journal provides a focussed publication forum for scholarly research articles in this burgeoning field. Prediction Markets is a relatively new area of study and has interest and applications for both academia and business. The ability of Prediction Markets to draw on multiple sources of information is gaining credence as proven method of forecasting virtually anything and everything.
