- On 23 April, an article detailing research carried out by Professor Mike Cawthorne and his team in the Clore Laboratory was published in the Society of Chemical Industry's magazine: Chemistry & Industry. The article, entitled "New formula for fit future", sparked blanket coverage - more than 200 articles appeared in the national and international media, as well as coverage on most of the major news and radio networks (including interviews for various programmes by both Professor Cawthorne and Dr Claire Stocker).
